Early Enrollment

PFRPA Benefits Enrollment – 2026 Plan Year

Welcome to Early Enrollment!

This is the annual process for PFRPA members to enroll in the PFRPA Dental and/or Vision Plans. The dental and vision coverage will not change and insurance information on members’ benefits ID cards will remain the same.

Early Enrollment FAQs

What should I do if I don’t have my 9-Digit Unique ID Number?

PFRPA members, who do not have their 9-Digit Unique ID Number, should email PFRPA at [email protected] before filling out their Early Enrollment Form. Once you receive your Unique ID, then return to fill out your Early Enrollment Form.

I previously filled out an Affidavit for Spousal Eligibility to add my lawful spouse to my dental and/or vision coverage. Does my spouse also need to complete an Early Enrollment Form?

Only the enrolled PFRPA member needs to complete the Early Enrollment Form. This will ensure uninterrupted coverage for both the member and their spouse for the 2026 plan year.

What happens if you do not enroll during the early enrollment period?

PFRPA will continue to offer rolling enrollment, so you will have access to your dental and vision coverage when you need them. You will just need to contact PFRPA before your visit to the dentist or eye doctor during the plan year.

We recommend participating in the early enrollment process each year to ensure there is no interruption to your coverage from one year to the next.

When does the early enrollment period start and end?

Early enrollment will run from August 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025, for the 2026 plan year.
