ELI HOFFMAN – ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Eli Hoffman is the Associate Director of the Pro Football Retired Players Association (PFRPA). He serves as the lead administrator and directs daily operations for the organization. This includes supporting Greater Good Fund activities and management of resources for retired NFL players; supervising the organization's partnerships with benefit and program providers; and assisting with the organization’s strategic planning inclusive of operations, marketing and external communications.

Mr. Hoffman has more than 14 years of program and people management experience in the areas of strategic planning, administration, accounting, operations, communications, professional development and community engagement. Before joining PFRPA, he worked in the education sector, where he helped lead community affairs and partnerships for a fifty-thousand-student school district. Mr. Hoffman holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, where he also completed coursework in the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management.

CINDY CHAO - DIRECTOR, MEMBER & DONOR RELATIONS

Cindy Chao is the Director of Member & Donor Relations for the Pro Football Retired Players Association (PFRPA). She leads the organization’s member engagement and development of donor relations. This includes overseeing member outreach across multiple channels of communication; managing strategic partnerships with related organizations; and developing roadmaps for donor cultivation. She also serves as the spokesperson for PFRPA member services and oversees donor stewardship.

Ms. Chao has worked with multiple non-profits for close to a decade and has experience in marketing, event management, business development, donor relations and corporate relations. Her background includes management of a multi-million donor program; executive leadership for a nationally recognized women’s sports team; and raising thousands of dollars of revenue for various organizations. Ms. Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, where she competed as a Division I athlete.

STEPHANIE HOWER - COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Stephanie Hower is the Communications Manager for the Pro Football Retired Players Association (PFRPA). She directs and implements the public communication of the organization across multiple channels, including online, broadcast and social media, in addition to other various media outlets. This includes the strategic creation, planning and delivery of all content, to promote the work PFRPA does and communicate the great stories of retired NFL players to the wider public audience.

Ms. Hower has over 10 years of communications and marketing experience, spanning across a diverse range of industries. She comes to PFRPA from the consulting sector, where her primary clients were Defense and other Government agencies. Her background also includes communications and marketing roles within Sport, Government, Tourism and Recruitment. Ms. Hower is originally from Australia and now resides in the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Arts; is currently completing a Master of Communication; and also serves part-time as a Logistics Officer in the Army Reserve.
